TRUST / CLEAR BOUNDARIES
A useful record needs honest limits.
AI Native is being built around selected project work, not a claim to know everything a person has done. This public preview contains fictional examples only.
01 / SOURCE
Selected material, not blanket access.
The intended workflow starts with project excerpts or artifacts a person chooses to review and submit. ChatGPT and Codex expose different material; connecting a tool does not grant access to every conversation or local folder.
02 / INTERPRETATION
Evidence is not a verdict.
A project can show its problem, connected systems and a person's contribution. A self-report, an AI interpretation and a reviewed finding must remain distinguishable. Missing evidence is not proof of missing skill.
03 / SHARING
Collection and disclosure are separate.
The planned profile is private by default. Sending selected work for analysis is different from sharing details with an employer. What can be shown, to whom and for how long needs an explicit choice.
04 / CREDENTIAL
A certificate has a defined scope.
AI Native Certificate standards and levels are still being developed. A certificate alone will not qualify someone as a forward-deployed engineer; relevant project experience and role-specific assessment matter too.
